RAMPAGE INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
This indemnity agreement is entered into between Rally Rampage (Pty) Ltd, hereinafter referred to as "Rampage", and the individual completing this form and participating in the event, hereinafter referred to as "Entrant".

By participating in any Rampage event—including but not limited to social outrides, training sessions, One-Day Challenges (ODC), Multi-Day Challenges (MDC), and any other riding activities organized by Rampage—the Entrant acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for their own safety, well-being, and actions. The Entrant confirms understanding of the risks involved and agrees to the following:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION
The Entrant understands that any form of motorcycle riding and motorsport activities—including off-road riding, adventure riding, navigation training, and endurance-style events—are inherently dangerous. Risks may include, but are not limited to: serious injury, disability, death, damage to or loss of property, mechanical failures, collisions, weather conditions, navigation errors, and medical emergencies.

The Entrant acknowledges that any injuries, damages, or consequences arising from participation—both during and after the event—are solely their responsibility, even if linked indirectly to the event.

The Entrant confirms that participation is voluntary and entered into without duress or external pressure.

NAVIGATION & ROUTE RESPONSIBILITY
The Entrant acknowledges that Rampage may provide navigation aids—including but not limited to mobile apps, roadbooks, GPX tracks, training material, route briefings, or software—but the responsibility to safely navigate, interpret, and ride remains entirely with the Entrant.

The Entrant understands that errors, missing details, or hazards may exist in the materials provided and agrees to ride with caution and judgment.

MECHANICAL, MEDICAL & EVENT SUPPORT
Rampage does not provide formal mechanical or medical assistance. Any support offered by fellow riders, trainers, or organizers is voluntary and does not imply liability.

The Entrant confirms their motorcycle is in a roadworthy and safe condition for both the ride and training environments.

The Entrant accepts that medical assistance may not be readily available and confirms that they have suitable insurance to cover emergencies, hospitalization, or evacuation if needed.

Rampage and its organizers are not responsible for any medical complications or post-event consequences related to participation.

TRAFFIC LAWS, LAND ACCESS & PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY
The Entrant agrees to obey all road laws, traffic regulations, and land access permissions during participation.

Rampage will make reasonable efforts to secure permissions where required, but the Entrant is responsible for any legal consequences if questioned by authorities or landowners.

The Entrant agrees to act courteously and responsibly when dealing with any confrontation during the event or training sessions.

Any legal infractions, land trespassing, or unlawful activity is the sole responsibility of the Entrant.

LIABILITY WAIVER & INDEMNITY
The Entrant releases and indemnifies Rampage, its directors, event staff, training personnel, partners, landowners, sponsors, and affiliated persons from any claims, losses, injuries, legal actions, or liabilities related to their participation.

This indemnity covers all Rampage formats: Outrides, Training, ODC, and any related activities, and remains valid for all future events unless withdrawn in writing.

The Entrant agrees this indemnity is binding upon their heirs, dependents, and legal successors.

REPRESENTATION & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Entrant confirms they do not represent Rampage in any formal capacity unless explicitly appointed. Any opinions or actions taken are personal and not endorsed by Rampage.

All navigation materials, roadbook content, designs, training resources, and event IP remain the sole property of Rampage and may not be reproduced, shared, or modified without permission.

MEDIA CONSENT & USAGE
The Entrant consents to Rampage using any event-related media (photos, videos, recordings) they appear in, or share directly or indirectly, for promotional purposes.

The Entrant waives any right to compensation or approval for the use of their likeness in media content created at or from the event, training, or outride.

SIGNING FOR MINORS & VALIDITY
If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign this indemnity and assume full responsibility.

The Entrant confirms they are signing for themselves and not on behalf of anyone else.

This agreement covers the event duration and any post-event implications related to participation.

DIGITAL SIGNATURE VALIDITY
The Entrant confirms they are authorized to sign this form and that their digital signature is valid, enforceable, and equivalent to a handwritten signature.
