The KTM 950 & 990 Adventure motorbikes were produced between 2003 and 2012 by the Austrian manufacturer and developed a loyal fan base amongst many adventure bike enthusiasts world-wide. These legendary machines reached the end of their production line in 2012 and were replaced by bigger engine configurations. Many die-hard fans and cult followers of the older 950 & 990 Adventure models are still loyal to their trusted machines and 2022 will see the 10-year anniversary of the end of an iconic adventure bike era.
SADAC is excited to embark on the Motul Tour of Legends, with riders of these iconic motorbikes to commemorate a bygone era of adventure biking. The event will take place between 18 – 21 March 2022 and will see all KTM 950/990 riders starting their journeys from 4 registration points across South Africa and meeting at the Battlefields Country Lodge and Sports Resort in KZN where the main event will take place.
